Role Summarization

Be the front line for our growing e-commerce and distribution business. Serve customers with pre and post sales support. Be a professional representative of one of the fastest growing businesses in our industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post sales support to our growing customer base.
• Work to establish business relationships with customers.
• Ship customer orders and receive vendor stock orders.
• Process customer returns (new, core, and warranty)
• Review work orders and invoices for proper parts and labor billing.
• Review completed work orders with the customer.
• Maintain detailed notes of customer interactions
• Embrace technology and adapt to continuous changes in business operations

Qualifications/ skill requirements

• Basic understanding of engines is a plus
• High School diploma; post secondary training preferred
• Detail oriented
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Technology proficiency
• Customer centered mentality
• Self motivated & fast learner
• Excellent communication skills; including: verbal, writing, and analytical
